So
this was my first book from this series and I had no issues keeping up
with everybody. It's definitely a standalone. I would like to read more
from this series however. I absolutely loved Killian and Savvy. They had
extreme chemistry, it was like they were teenagers all over again. They
couldn't keep their hands off each other! I enjoyed the passion between
them and how overprotective he was of Savvy, showed he cared for her.
There were definite sweet moments especially towards the end of the
book, that I so enjoyed. I will always remember the ice and honey scene
the most, that was fuckin HOT!
