Kenny and Slayde's story, where to begin.
First, I believe this is now my new favorite in the series, these two dug their way into my heart early on in the book and won't leave. And as much as I loved the previous books and characters, Kenny & Slayde are at the top of the list.
We met Kenny previously and now she gets her own book. We learn about her life and the heartbreaking history that made her the way she is.
Enter Slayde. A sexy bad boy with a heart of gold trying to rebuild his life.
These two are drawn together with a pull that can't be denied, but just when they accept and settle into being together a huge bombshell is dropped that ruins everything for both of them. Life changing for Kenny and huge steps back for Slayde.
No spoilers, that makes it hard to write this review and let you know why to read it without giving anything away, I want to go on an on about the book but I just know I'll say something I shouldn't!!
