Her side job of the night turns into an incredibly scary life changing moment.
When the man she brought to her hotel room won't take no for an answer, a stranger shoots him dead and makes himself at home in her room. Lots of cryptic aback an forth banter brings us to the truth, Mr X is an assassin sent to kill the prick who attacked her and Jay herself. She struggles to figure out why someone wants her dead. X's time us almost up, she has to die before his partner comes back to help clean up the mess, but his history with Jay has him feeling things, like a need to take her with hi stead of fulfilling his contract.
From here you begin your rude in a twisted journey, one person searching for the truth, the other fighting for her life. X never thought he would love someone but Jay is the only woman to ever make him feel and now he goes against everything to find the person who put the contract on her life and kill him so she's no longer in danger. But even if he frees her, there's one secret in his past she may not be able to forgive him for. The secret that could take the one thing he wants in life away.
Me X has a bit of a surprise ending, certainly not what I saw coming.
Though X is completely screwed up I kinda live the guy, yes he's twisted as hell but he tries to do the right thing. Sometimes.
