Author: Bink Cummings
Genre: MC Romance
Release Date: November 17, 2015
Some people are born with a silver spoon in their mouths and lady luck tucked into their back pocket. Then there’s people like me, who live to survive. Survive loss. Survive loneliness. Survive the black tar that swallows you whole, stealing everything and anything that could resemble a piece of happiness. They try and fail, try again and fail even harder. Starting life’s never ending cycle of wash, rinse, and repeat.
That’s me. Or it was. Ten years I wandered through life. Through ten towns. Through ten men. Then, I didn’t anymore. A hellacious storm came and ripped everything away, leaving me stripped bare for the most beautiful man. A man part of the Corrupt Chaos Motorcycle club, who not only saved my life but rescued my soul. Or so it may seem from the outside. On the inside, it’s not that simple. Life never is.
It’s dirty.
It’s ugly.
And it’s painstakingly relentless.
I’m Magdalene Murdock and this is my story.
Warning: Contains shameless adult sexual content, an arseload of profanity, and whatever the hell else that makes it unsuitable for folks under the age of 18.
- Standalone Novel
“My kindle went everywhere with me, and I do mean everywhere, so that I could continually stay in the moment and mood that this book induced. But no amount of preparation or comfort food could’ve prepared me for the ending. Bink, I was so ready to virtually fight you if this story had’ve turned out in the direction it looked to be going. #IAintScared” ~☆☆☆☆☆ Review from Literary Treasure Chest
“Overall I think that this is a beautifully written story about two damaged people learning to trust and love again who get their happily ever after!”~ ☆☆☆☆☆ Goodreads Reviewer
“Beyond Her Words is so very different from anything already written before. It will pull you in from the beginning and take you on an emotional rollercoaster until the very last page.”~☆☆☆☆☆ Goodreads Reviewer

What's better than a book by Bink Cummings?
A book by Bink Cummings featuring a big, sexy, Scottish biker and fireman who has a huge heart and is a bit broken.
Oh there's a heroine too, actually this book is about her I just get a little distracted by big kilt wearing Scots.
Magdalene had a rough start early on in life. Her worthless mother is gone and her grandmother raised her. She gave her a good life, then tragedy strikes and in the span of four months everything shes known and loved is taken from her.
She spends the next ten years bouncing from place to place never finding what she wants or needs, she simply exists.
Stopping in the middle of nowhere for gas a storm comes up and her life is about to change.
Waking up in a hospital with strangers claiming to know her is pretty unsettling, finding that you cannot speak and these people you don't know intend to take you home to recover is a bit frightening. After all the big guy in leather doesn't say much an when he does he's snapping at someone.
Lachlan. Yes even his name's sexy. His daughter Bridgette is Mags primary care giver once their home. Staying together in the basement where Bridgette's bedroom is keeps her separate from the grumpy man and the woman he's married to.
As Mags heals she finds more than just her strength coming back, her feisty attitude paired with a need to put some distance between herself and Lachlan makes for some interesting conversations!! She finds herself growing more attached to him. The attraction and sexual tension are crazy good. But she refuses to be the other woman so she pushes any and all feelings down and tries to separate herself from him as much as possible.
Lachlan won't let her push him away. He likes being around her and yes he's attracted to her but he has issues, some seriously effed up emotional issues. Given to him by someone close. It's killing me not to go into detail but that would be a spoiler and I hate them so just know Lachlan has as much crap to overcome as Mags does maybe more so.
As always a book by Bink Cummings is an amazing read that sucks you in and refuses to let you go until the very end. I hated stopping to feed my family but it had to be done.
While Beyond Her Words is different than her previous series, if you enjoy her style of writing you don't want to pass this one up. There's still the MC element it's just not the main focus in this story, this is about Magdalene. Her past, her fears and her choices.
Five stars are simply not enough, I'd love to give this one 10+ it's that good. The secondary characters will endear themselves to you in their own special ways as well.
Other than one. I disliked one character from the get go and later on hated them. You'll figure out who I'm talking about.
I wanted to hunt this person down and beat them to death, as harmful as they are they don't deserve to breathe. The horrific pain this person caused made me so angry, I kept waiting for something to happen to them and it was a long time coming when it finally did. I just think this person deserved a wee bit more physical done to them.
Loved this one from beginning to end. I slowed down reading during the last chapter because I wasn't ready to say goodbye to everyone, figured I could drag it out a bit but eventually it had to end.
Beyond Her Words is a page turner, I recommend starting this one when you have a few uninterrupted hours to sit and submerge yourself in the story, it's one of the great ones you just can't put down.
