Stevie & Jason were each others first love, high school sweethearts, soul mates.

A secret caused Jason to leave without a word to anyone. Years later by accident Stevie & Jason are reunited. 

Stevie was broken after Jason left. Never trusting another man not to leave her like her dad and the love of her life did, she concentrates on her career and her mother.

Once she sees Jason again can the truth about the past heal her, help her learn to trust again?

I loved this story, there were a few times I'd like to have slapped some sense into the main characters but all in all it's a very realistic story. Nothing here is impossible and I think the way the characters handle each other is real, not overly dramatized and unrealistic feeling.

I can't wait for book 2 to see what happens next, I wasn't thrilled that we didn't get a resolution in the end but I'm certain book 2 will be worth the wait.

The story in her debut novel, Bridge Over the Atlantic, was building in her mind for a long while but until the relocation, she never had the time to put it down in black and white.
